Bihar | Ambulances worth Rs 7 lakh each were purchased for around Rs 22 lakh each in Siwan district, claims ex-MLA Viram Kunwar in a letter written to CM Nitish Kumar. District Magistrate of Siwan Amit Kumar Pandey has formed a 3-member team to investigate the alleged scam.

@ANI There shud be universal rate fixation committee for State itself to avoid any such miscommunication, claims, blames. Further, there shud be state level central committee with change in member every 3months for inviting NIT, processing of bill and payment for all items purchases.
