@JMugele When I was thinking of switching from ICU to ED I had someone tell me, "Oh no, you'll never make it. You're too nice." Since when is that a character flaw? Nice doesn't mean naive.
@JMugele My mother was sent to the ED from an urgent care for a severe cat bite. She could hear the PA and nurses making fun of her at the desk and talking crap about the other facility. She was humiliated. So unacceptable
