We are going vertical at Delta Forge 1, a 300 MW Critical IT Load AI Factory campus in Boyce, Louisiana. $APLD 🔹 Delta Forge 1 | Building 1 | 150 MW Critical IT Load: At Phase 1, precast concrete and structural steel erection are underway, bringing the building structure into view as construction continues to progress. 🔹 Delta Forge 1 | Building 2 | 150 MW Critical IT Load: Deep foundation work is expected to begin soon, marking the next step in site development. Fall is setting in across North Dakota, but progress isn’t slowing down. $APLD 🔹Polaris Forge 1 | Ellendale, ND | 400 MW Critical IT Load Another 75 MW is now Ready for Service at Polaris Forge 1, bringing the campus to 250 MW. Mechanical gear placement is also underway with the first HRM set on the roof, while the first shipment of CAT generators has arrived to kick off work on the generator plant. Teams are also preparing for the building’s first utility power energization. 🔹Polaris Forge 2 | Harwood, ND | 300 MW Critical IT Load At Building 1, Phase 1 commissioning continues alongside punch list work and systems testing. At Building 2, slab-on-grade and roofing are nearing completion, while MEP rough-in and equipment installation continue to advance. 🔹Polaris Forge 3 | Center, ND | 300 MW Critical IT Load The campus continues to take shape as additional precast wall panels are installed, driving vertical progress across the site. Underground ductwork, utilities and supporting site infrastructure are also advancing as teams continue coordinating across multiple work fronts. Progress continues across the Polaris Forge region as each campus moves toward its next milestone.

From the U.S. to the Nordics. 🇺🇸 → 🇫🇮 Applied Digital has secured access to up to 1 GW of potential power capacity in Finland — marking our first development opportunity outside the United States. $APLD The planned AI Factory campus is designed to scale to as much as 1 GW, with initial power availability anticipated beginning in 2028.
