Although we tell people that we should all work together, and treat each other like family, we still make sure the higher ups can use racial slurs to motivate people.

Contrary to what we tell our clients, we LOVE to use magnetic tools. They say no and that it’s “dangerous” but what do you want us to do? Add 5 extra send ones to the build? No thanks!

Are employees leaving because of mistreatment? Probably. But, that’s why we have a contracts with local women’s prisons. No plan to hire on after release though. Let’s keep these costs down!

It’s a real shame that we have lawsuits over here in the US. We don’t care though! Passing numbers on a test stand are only a suggestion. That’s why we fudge them a little 🤷🏻‍♂️. Send those engines out!!
