@path_intl They will likely respond and say they reviewed it and they will say it is a "landlord-tenant dispute" even though I was clear in the grievance how it falls outside the scope of this. These actions would be unethical regardless of someone's residence.

. @path_intl does not follow its own code of ethics. I submitted a formal grievance regarding one of their premier member centers and PATH rejected the grievance saying that nothing in my complaint violated their code of ethics. (Cont in image)

@AmericanExpress Your Plan It program is a scam. I have talked to 7 customer service agents in the past 24 hours and Twitter and Facebook and no one will help me.

@AskAmex I called again. Talked to someone who couldn't help. Said they would have a supervisor call me back in 15 minutes (even though no one ever calls back). No one called back. So the Plan It team is unable or incapable of actually doing anything to help.

@AskAmex I have also done that, and they still aren't able to help or they just tell me that a supervisor isn't available. Please, I really need to get connected with someone who can help. Or else my other option is reporting Amex and not using Amex again.

@AskAmex I can't even sleep thinking how I'm going to pay this massive adjusted balance in full so you don't charge me interest (i.e. steal money from me that I shouldn't actually owe). The point of Plan It was to have it spread out over months. Now I wish I hadn't bothered.

@AskAmex Please prove me wrong and show me you still care about your loyal customers. I really need help.

@AskAmex I have been a loyal customer with Amex for 15 years and never had a problem—now I'm being treated shamefully.

@AskAmex I have spent literal hours (that I don't have) on the phone and I have to explain things over and over because the people I speak with don't seem to understand. I need help from someone who can actually help me.

@AskAmex They aren't any help. They weren't any help last month either. They just say they can't do anything, despite the fact the fine print is vague and lacks any detail on rules. If my statement stands as if this would be not only unethical, but theft.

@AskAmex (Part 6 of 6) What I need: my statement to be fixed so that the minimum payment is the Plan It monthly payment plus the small charge I made, and my adjusted balance to reflect that. (Possible to make another $0 Plan It with the refund charges?)

@AskAmex (Part 5) They did not inform me a month ago when they refunded my payments that they would add that amount as a regular monthly charge to my account. (cont)

@AskAmex (Part 4) So now, the minimum payment is inaccurate. And the new adjusted balance would force me to pay more than half the Plan It amount before Nov 3 or else I'll be charged interest when it should have been a $0 fee. (cont)

@AskAmex (Part 3) And the minimum payment is also higher than it should be (should have been the Plan It monthly payment plus one small charge), but they said it had to be the Plan It payment PLUS $40 (even tho the charge was less than $40), they're calculating from refund adjst charge (c

@AskAmex (Part 2) refunded me those payments so I could make them again after the statement closed. I did so, but as they applied the payments originally to the Plan It, they put charges on my statement for the Plan It difference. Now I have an unreasonably large "adjusted balance" (cont)

@AskAmex I need help. After enrolling in Plan It plan for the first time with a $0 fee, I tried to pay off monthly charges early as usual but my payments were applied to the Plan It. The payment application order was not listed anywhere in the Plan It fine print—so customer service (cont)

@HellyHansen You haven't been experiencing technical issues unless that's your guise for lack of customer service. At least it's figured out now, but your service is the worst.

@HellyHansen You have the worst customer service ever. Issue started 4/19 still not resolved. You go over two weeks at a time w/out responding & say you haven't rec'd my three or four emails during that time (this has happened several times).
