@TurkishAirlines @TK_HelpDesk Absolutely the worst experience with your customer service/feedback team and I haven't even flown yet. You've got so many people calling you, probably to complain, that the phone system can't even accept my call anymore. Nothing more than greed.

@lenovo_UKI Another 2 weeks have past and no response from @lenovo_UKI. You sent me a direct message saying that @TNTUKOfficial will be in touch with me but nothing. Who's to blame here? #SCAM #Lenovo #DigitalRiver #TNT

@lenovo_UKI I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a return and refund on my order. I have had countless phone calls and now emails, all with no luck. Why does it take so long to get a refund and for somebody to talk to me? My last email was 8 days ago and still nothing!

@lenovo_UKI Another 2 weeks gone and not a peep from a single person. You've happily been spending my money and earning interest on it. I want my money back with interest!! Somebody needs to call me today please. @BBCWatchdog #CMA #CompetitionandMarketsAuthority #ConsumerLaw

@lenovo_UKI Okay, so it's been 17 days since I messaged you. Do you feel that's an adequate amount of time for a response? Not a single person has reached out to me for my refund... Not even to give me an update. What do you suggest I do? #lenovo
