واکنش ماریا نوری، فعال حقوق بشردر رابطه به قطع انترنت: قطع اینترنت در افغانستان آگاهی مردم را خاموش کرده، آموزش دختران را بسته و زندگی و درآمد هزاران خانواده را نابود ساخته است. این یک بحران جدی و نگران‌کننده است.
Internet has been completely cut off in Afghanistan. In Kabul, neither fiber optic services nor mobile networks are operational. Direct phone lines are also down. This situation has left people isolated and without communication.

وجیه امینی، عضو جنبش فانوس آزادی زنان افغانستان: 🚨 قطع اینترنت در ولایات افغانستان، آموزش دختران، درمان بیماران و زندگی روزمره میلیون‌ها انسان را فلج کرده است. این اقدام طالبان برای خاموش‌کردن صداها و سانسور واقعیت‌هاست. ما آن را محکوم می‌کنیم
ساره لطیفی، عضو ارشد جنبش فانوس :طالبان اینترنت را قطع کرده‌اند و رؤیاها و آخرین امید میلیون‌ها نفر، به‌ویژه زنان، نابود شد. اینترنت تنها پل آموزش و ارتباط با جهان مدرن بود. از جامعه جهانی می‌خواهیم فوراً واکنش نشان دهد و حق اساسی زنان و دختران افغانستان را بازگرداند.
