日本にAI画像・動画に特化した人達いれば連絡ください。この界隈の世界ネットワーク形成して知恵を共有したいと考えています。
EUの規制が厳しくドイツはITに向いてる環境とは全く思えないが、視覚系AIのスペシャリストが多くいる。何故か良くわからないが考えてみれば,Stable Diffusion もFluxもドイツ発だな。
幸いベルリンに異常に多く集まってて、AI専門家のオフ会を定期的にやっている。難易度高い規模の大きい案件は、仲間やDiscord からピンポイントで召集し大体解決。こんなSwarm型プロダクションがこの先の形だと思う。

前述、撤回。Sora2物理世界の理解すごいな。多少ワープするカットもあるけど、動きのリアリズムが群を抜いてる。
ただSora2の物理モデルは進化してるな。他のモデルも即追従するから、すぐに権利面はクリアできるとして、オープンソースモデルが出たらローカル環境(ComfyUI)で、検閲制限なし状態でワークフロー構築。
Sora2で遊んでみたが、特に目新しさ感じない。これまでの生成モデルでも同じことをより高品質でかつ制御可能な範囲でできるし、権利面もクリア。ただしSora2のプロンプトの理解力は上がってる気がするので、これまでJSON制御が平文でいけるみたいなこと？10秒制限とimage添付できないのは厳しい。
「世界観」と「最後の仕上げ」は依然として人間がかかわる領域。AI制作は8割ぐらいまでは凄まじいスピードで仕上げられるけど、残りの2割ぐらい磨きかけないと良いものにならない。それを見越した「設計」は超重要。
数日検証したが、Sora2のリアリティとコンテクスト理解力が圧倒的。優秀な物理モデル入ったな。それに反してCGとか特殊効果表現はクオリティ低い感じがする。タイムコード正確に読むのはとても良い。この流れを受けて、弊映像ワークフロー修正か。最近は1ヶ月もたないな。
速攻Sora2のAPI発表されて、商用利用可になった。まだ検証してないが、解像度も上がり実務で使える条件揃う。1秒$0.15ぐらいなので、他のモデルともコスト面では同じぐらい。あとはimage-to-videoの対応待ちか。公開してないだけで既に出来そうだけど、Comfyのワークフロー組んで実験してみる
