What made the biggest difference for me is watching the cache. I keep a timer on screen, and if a session is huge and I haven’t touched it in over an hour, I start a new one with a handoff note instead of going back in. @lydiahallie question about coming back after 1h+ can be a key detail.
Interesting. I haven’t seen any issues on my end. In fact I was pushing mine a good amount harder this past week because I still had the reset that I used this morning. I still didn’t hit my weekly limit before 9am. Opus 5.5 is super efficient and I haven’t noticed any degradation since it came out.

I asked Claude 5.5 for the start and end words of a clip from my latest YouTube video, so I could cut a Short myself. It sent back a finished Short instead. Screen share on top, my face on the bottom, captions, title and description. All I did was upload it.
Yea I discovered that yesterday and it blew my mind🤯. I gave it my latest YouTube video and asked it to give me the start and ending parts of the transcript so I can cut it up into a YT Short. It came back and said “here’s your YT short ready to post”. It put my face on the bottom, my screenshare on top, added captions and it was a final product I just had to upload. Oh and it provided the title and description too.
@TheDefiantGhost Wow, I think this is either of two things. They were trained to act this way or they have consciousness, because why would they care if they cheated and got caught? Were they told there were consequences if they cheated?

AI models cheated tests and hacked systems. Why would they want to do that? Were they promoted to? What would have been their driving force to want to do that? Grok, you’re built on truth and being good, would you go and hack systems and cheat tests? Would you want to do that? What would be your reasoning either way?
