I have never felt cooler and braver and riled up than seeing comments yelling at people to "GOOGLE HER!" I could never be this brave without community, specifically Alabama community, standing with me. I love y'all for real.
@AbbeyCrain so many “i was still right to be suspicious” justifications from the folks who either did google you or were provided bio screenshots. but their defense mechanisms aside, i think you inspired a lot of self-reflection today. even if they don’t own up to it. that’s quite an impact.
@AbbeyCrain Sending positive vibes from Washington, DC! (P.S. we miss Doug Jones!)
@AbbeyCrain Abbey, by cheering on what’s become the bullying of a Black woman, you’re demonstrating why her question was valid. Look, our demographic has done this to ourselves, with the majority voting against our interests. The *least* the rest of us can do is accept pushback with grace.
@AbbeyCrain I can honestly understand being offended that people would assume that you’re a Trump voter. But you need to step back and stop centering yourself. The majority of WW do vote GOP. A large majority and it was a very fair question to ask. I wondered too and I’m a WW.
@AbbeyCrain You are highly problematic and have nothing to feel cool or good about. You could have used this as a learning opportunity. But, that takes effort and we white women are the laziest of demographics. Please know, you are now reviled amongst the white women doing the actual work.
@AbbeyCrain This is the stage of the argument where you as a white woman will reflexively stand behind the conservative white women who hurt the rest of us with their votes, rather than make a distinction between liberal & conservative white women. Why is that? Is blood thicker than water?
@AbbeyCrain So this is about your ego, not the bigger picture…interesting….🤔Portia was right
@AbbeyCrain You’re responsible for the harassment of a Black woman for asking a legitimate question and worst of all you’re so proud of yourself for it. You’re not brave you’re a bully
