How does your company handle refunds? If you answered with 'we offer exceptional service as its a chance to create a loyal customer' you're winning ☺️ abovebenchmark.com.au/informational/…
Another month- another fabulous Mystery Shopper to celebrate! Our stand out from March was Amirah from Victoria. Amirah follows instructions and communicates well with our admin team. Her reports contain detailed descriptions that give us real insight into the service !
Congrats to Isa from WA for being crowned our Mystery Shopper of the Month. Isa submits thoughtfully worded reports that include the perfect amount of detail. They are a pleasure for our quality control team to read and super-informative for our clients. #abovebenchmark
In October, our stand-out Mystery Shopper was Julie B from NSW. Julie does a few mystery shops for us every month. She is consistent and reliable with her reporting and is approachable for last-minute surveys. We appreciate that we can assign mystery shops to her with confidence.
Do you set #benchmarks to drive customer service excellence and increase sales? If not, here's how and why you should abovebenchmark.com.au/informational/…
Are you forcing customers to do business your way or do you give them options? ( 🙏 Please say you give them options!) More and more businesses are forcing customers onto text or email receipts instead of traditional printer receipts and this is BAD BUSINESS. #cx #badbusiness
A big thanks & congratulations to one shopper who stood out in August. Ashleigh from NSW did a great job. She submitted well-written reports with a good level of detail in her observations. Love your work, Ashleigh! Enjoy your bonus & the title of Mystery Shopper of the Month!
Do you or your team reply to customers, complaints or reviews when they aren't business-ready? Most of us do and it's a bad idea. Here's why abovebenchmark.com.au/informational/… #cx #customerservice #multitaskingfail

So very sad to hear what happened at Westfield Bondi Junction today. Our thoughts are with the families tonight.
It's been a while since we announced one of these! Let's just say Shavaunne is a rockstar Mystery Shopper who is ticking all the boxes! Well deserved! 👏 #mysteryshopping #mysteryshopper #recognition
New year - new Customer Service Goals? Heck yes, let's do it 🙌 #customerservicegoals #mysteryshoppping abovebenchmark.com.au/uncategorized/…
Our Shopper of the Month for November has been decided! Kristie took on a survey for a returning client and we were very impressed with how thorough and descriptive her report was. We're very proud to be sending this level of detail to our client in their first month back!
..and the winner for September is Christine! Our schedulers know if she's applied she'll get the job done. Our Quality Control team know that her reports will be well written and she'll follow the instructions. Thanks Christine for being one of our quiet superstars!
Loving this comment from one of our Mystery Shoppers. This feedback was submitted in a recent poll we sent to our mystery shoppers to see how we're doing. Feedback surveys are the BEST way to learn from your customers, your clients and even your team. It doesn't hurt to ask!
We have an amazing team of #mysteryshoppers and we love to recognise and reward them! Last month our stand-out was Michelle. Michelle helped us with a special project in a regional area. Her enthusiastic manner was delightful and her reports were detailed and constructive.
It's Spring In Australia- the perfect time to spring-clean your customer service. Here are 6 easy-peasy steps to get started. #cx #customerservice abovebenchmark.com.au/informational/…
There are a lot of KPI's a business can measure. Typically they focus on sales or conversions. But before all that, they need customers, happy customers who want to do business with them. Happy customers spend more money, return more often & tell their friends (free advertising)
Mystery shopping isn't just about finding what's wrong in a business (though that is important) it's also about celebrating the positives. We were delighted to read a particularly upbeat report in July. It was written so well and with a great mix of positivity! Congrats Anna!
