Finally ended up watching Superman now that it's out on streaming. I actually loved it a lot. Mr Terrific was a stand-out in by view, but I always tend to love the techy characters.

Learned about this new game "Humankind" which is supposedly a Civilization knockoff. Went to check it out on Steam and found this. I know it's mostly music, but developers should understand this is one of the biggest turn-offs for many people.

Finally watched Thunderbolts* after it came out on streaming. I rather liked it. I miss the street-level and more grounded stuff in Marvel movies. I still feel that everything fell apart once we started moving towards heavily magical elements and always upping the power levels.

I wonder how many IP-owners are looking back at the past ten years while realizing their trend-chasing has done irreparable damage to the IP. Short of a controversial reboot, there is no going back on some decisions that have been made by riding the coat-tails of a mistake.
