Hey @HondaCanada, our son was trapped in his seatbelt that won’t retract and couldn’t breathe—we had to cut it off to save him. Without any investigation, you dismissed it as “no defect” and refused to replace it. Is this how you stand behind your safety commitments?

Took an uber to Finch at 7:20 so I’ll make it to DT Toronto by 8, only to find out THERE IS NO TRAIN SERVICE AT ALL AND NO SHUTTLE BUSES. Thanks @TTCnotices!

@songfinch Really disappointed at your lack of customer service. I’ve sent 3 tickets in the last 2 days for my song and did not hear back AT ALL from your customer service team! 😡😡😡

@songfinch have sent 2 emails about my song revisions and I still have not heard back from your customer service!!! I only have 14hours left based on the 48hr window, but not fair that your promised customer service is nowhere! So frustrating! 😫😡

@Uber__Canada can you please refund the full amount, in this economy, this is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

@Uber_Support I went through it customer service trying to figure out how to get back my money for an order I cancelled by accident. Only got $25 credits for a $93 charge. In this economy, I FEEL ROBBED.
