Delighted to have the green light on our first application for 2 brokers to leave their national and go DA. Another one to follow and a fully packed seminar to come in Manchester TAA - helping brokers be better, get paid better & giving them the confidence to go it alone.

This is what happens when you bring competition in to cosy market unwilling to change. It creates growth. More lenders allowing direct access will continued that trend as it will drive fees down and get more brokers engaged . The market will double in a year when that happens!

Mortgage brokers are being told to consider a 2nd charge alongside a re-mortgage, therefore should a second charge broker giving advice have to consider a re-mortgage so the clients gets the best advice? If no why not?
