@cacnigeria1 My experience so far with CAC has been very hellish. Responding to mails and calls are effectively non-existent. Your Special Projects Unit is the most guilty. Work on your digital services.

Unfortunately, they are more interested in cutting tapes and taking pictures. Since this R-G came on board, the Agency has retrogressed badly. Never been so bad

We filed annual returns for 12 years. Firm registered in 2013. Annual returns from 2014 - 2025 is 12 years, not 20 years.

CAC management needs to be overhauled. It has been a season of lamentation since 2023 under the current R-G. A legacy of incompetence!

@AccordL @cacnigeria1 CAC registration in Nigeria is frustrating. Payments go through smoothly, but valid documents and IDs keep getting rejected. Why does payment work perfectly, but the system fails? Entrepreneurs deserve a functional, efficient registry — not endless errors after collecting
@cacnigeria1 Most Useless government organization. No replies to email, no replies to dms, no reachable phone number. Only knows about collecting money, Very useless. Refund failed registrations.
Returns have been filed up till 2022. 2023 was paid for but the portal suddenly stopped working for Business names. This is what is on display now. Anyone who is taking action against the Commission has my full support. The RG has failed woefully and should resign or be removed.
There has been significant data loss and irregularity on your portal. This is a Law Firm. Objects: Legal Practice & Consultancy not General Contracts.
