Up on. I am appauled at how rude and unhelpful the customer service is, and how dysfunctional these systems are set up. They just keep passing you over to someone else. I will NEVER use priceline again, and will continue to make complaints until my issue is addressed. @priceline

Has anyone else had a difficult time with the new @dunkindonuts cups? This is the third time that the the lid hasnt stayed on. On Saturday, the employee passed the cup through the drive through and the lid came off and went through my dress and burnt my legs! Its dangerous!!
