The results are in, and I am honored to be the newly elected city council representative for District 7. It was a close race, and I want to recognize my opponent, who ran a good campaign. Thanks to everyone who knocked on doors, made calls, and helped make this campaign possible!

Growth in Irving and DFW is putting a strain on our infrastructure, especially on our streets. I will work to use Irving’s financial tools to speed up construction and get our streets working again.

As a former board chair of the Irving Public Library, I love our top-tier public library system, but I don't support explicit material being promoted to children. We should give parents a way to identify titles for evaluation and reshelving. For more: adamforirving.com/core-issues

Why am I running? I grew up here, I live here, and my family lives here. Everything I have is from Irving, and it's too important to me to let it turn into an anonymous, high-density stop on the DART line. I’m running because I want to make Irving a great place to live for all.

Sadly, single-family homes have become an endangered species in our city. Meanwhile, new apartments seem to go up every day, thanks to the influence of PACs like the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, who have endorsed my opponent. It’s time for a change.

City Council district places 1, 2 and 7 are up for election. Early voting runs from April 22-29, 2025. Polls are open on May 3, 2025. There are two main early voting centers in Irving: Irving City Hall | 825 W. Irving Blvd. Irving Arts Center | 3333 N. MacArthur Blvd.

Irving pays over $100 million EVERY YEAR for empty DART buses. This is like winning the Powerball lottery and giving the ticket to the city of Dallas! We need to renegotiate this contract and evaluate new solutions that work for our residents. For more: adamforirving.com/core-issues.
