Day 3 and feeling pretty good. Worked out a couple times today! Spent some meaningful time with kids and ate well. THIS is the feeling to hold on to when I'm craving the next first drink. #RecoveryPosse

Day 6 today. I am feeling so many feelings and so intensely. Feelings I have felt before but not so intensely in a while. Maybe alcohol and hangover numbed me. I need to get accustomed to processing these feelings than forgetting them in a bottle.

I ate way more Easter candy than I wanted to tonight. BUT I was sober. On the flip side, drunk me would have eaten that candy after drinking 500 calories so I think I actually won this round.
