Kiowa County has won back-to-back 1A girls team titles. Senior Addisyn Heinson won 4 gold medals at state as a junior in the 100, 200, 400, 4x4. She'll have Marley Little, Addison Sherer & Charleigh Friesen back for the 4x4. Sherer, Friesen, Little a part of the winning 4x100.

If your coach is being hard on you.. change your mindset from “my coach hates me” to “my coach sees something in me & wants the best for me” It’s easy to automatically think a coach dislikes you because they are hard on you.. truth is, usually that coach really likes you
