This time tomorrow I will have my PET Scan at the Mater Private Hospital. All I will have to do then is wait for a phone consultation from the P.A. Hospital to get the results. Looks like it will be surgery to remove part of my tongue and do a skin graft to reconstruct it.😛👍

Nice easy, tasty dinner. 2 Fillets of Hoki, with homemade, (from scratch) Cheesy mornay sauce with parsley and chives. Pan-fried in butter and a touch of lime juice..... Yum,😋😋😋

After hospital trips, numerous scans, and a failed biopsy,😟 The result is, I have cancer in my left lung.😢 Had a scan 3 months on. They compared the two scans to see the size change.😒 Yep. Sure enough, it has. It is 1/2 the size it was. It is SMALLER and is going away.🙏🙏❤️❤️

Just a light lunch today. Capsicum, Red and Green, Mushrooms, Tomato, Onion, and Olives. All are diced finely and fried in a small saucepan with butter. Add herbs and spices beaten eggs and fried ingredients. Bake in a ramekin at 170c for 20mins. Cheese 5 mins before the end.😋😋
