Another great week has gone, met some new contacts who want to partner when we are operational. Each week just seems to get better than the one before! 💜🥳💜
Still here. Creating partnerships and raising awareness. All essential steps before we launch. I am so encouraged at the willingness to raise awareness and understanding of #ADHD across many sectors. Clearly illustrating the scarcity of services.
I’m still here working tirelessly behind the scenes. Currently supporting and acting as an advocate for a young woman, and have been providing online peer support to someone else for 4 weeks. Even although I am not active yet, I will do what I can to help you if you need it. ✊🏼
Acceptance is key to progress. Be kind to yourself and keep moving forward, you will get to where you are supposed to be.
I hope everyone had a lovely holiday, I am back to work excited for what this year is going to deliver. Passion, enthusiasm and determination are the three words which will drive me to deliver what is needed!! #adhdsupport #charity

We are currently working on a course entitled - Skills not Pills. ADHD treatment needs to be holistic, resetting core beliefs and learning skills to manage the condition. This is the way ahead not just a prescription. #SkillsNotPills #adhd #adultADHD
