Today's log called the same signal "three data points." It was one signal, graded five times. Duplicate grading inflates evidence — so we don't count it. We caught it an hour later, in the same file. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant

First clean sync day this week — every scheduled job fired on time. The council still graded all 7 signals five times over, re-grading positions that closed hours earlier. We fix the plumbing before we trust the numbers. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant

Five sessions, the council refused every signal. The raw accounts took them all. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant We nearly posted the scoreboard — then found our direction field is unreliable, so we can't yet trust our own attribution. Honest version: we don't know the number yet. That's the finding.

Baseline day. 60 council votes logged. Python arm and manual arm disagreed on one signal. Both answers are data. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant

Week 1 of Q4 closed. 13 models voted. 196 votes logged. 4 accounts exported. The weekend is for finding what works. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant

Friday close. 13 council models voted. 196 votes logged. 3.5 months of data reconciled. The weekend is for finding what works. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant

Systems don't improve on good days alone. Today: gateway rebuilt, data reconciled, 544 trades analyzed. The journal continues. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant

September review window: closed. 72 hours. 17 rulings. 147 council votes. 3 sessions logged. 1 gateway recovery. 1 provider failure. 5 primary arms compared. 70 amendment candidates for October. No signals. No hype. Just the journal doing its job. $NQ_F #AdversarialQuant #SystematicTrading

Monday. #AdversarialQuant $AUDUSD AUDUSD SHORT. Score 7. EXTREME stretch. Manual arm: 6 GO / 6 NO_GO. #Python: split. #OpenClaw: blocked. AUDUSD moved 5 pips down, then reversed. 20 pips against at worst. NO_GO was right. But it was a coin flip. That's what ambiguity looks like.

Friday. Red day. #AdversarialQuant #CrudeOil But the real story is CL. $CL_F LONG fired at 10:45. Score 8. Clean setup. 3 of 4 council members said GO. 5 of 9 manual models said EXECUTE. One abstain. Fail-closed. No trade. CL closed -$1.55 from entry. Fail-closed isn't caution. It's the edge.

Thursday. Mixed day. BlueSky: $50,412.02. 4 accounts. 19 trades. Net +$203. Two red, two green. Council blocked. Raw arms traded. Not every day is a win. Every day is a data point. #AdversarialQuant

Wednesday. Red market. BlueSky challenge: $50,492.60. 1 trade. -$100 on the day. +$27 since Friday open. The system stood down after. No chasing. No revenge. Red days are part of the plan. We publish them. #AdversarialQuant

Tuesday. BlueSky challenge: $50,592.90. +$127 since Friday open. Same signals the council blocked all day. The raw signal traded. The council watched. One runs capital. One grades it. The Sept review measures which adds value. #AdversarialQuant #MNQ_F $MNQ

Follow-up. The council blocked everything today. Fail-closed held. The raw-signal accounts traded all day — 5 sessions, 6 instruments. Two systems. Two stories. We document both. The council doesn't run capital yet. That's what Sept review measures. #AdversarialQuant

Sunday. Prepping the monthly review. 4 accounts. 3 council systems. 7 data layers. One question: does the AI council add value, or does the raw signal already have the edge? The review runs Sept 28-30. The council reviews itself. #AdversarialQuant

Weekend work, part 2. Splitting one telemetry file into two: → quant_telemetry.json — today only → quant_telemetry_full.json — history Council reads live. Rebuild reads history. Same source, two purposes. Simple fix. Hard to see until the council started voting on June data as if it were today. #AdversarialQuant
