Right mocks Biden. Left mocks Trump. How about instead of mocking: inspire and unite, not just people who agree with you, but everyone.

STOP spreading hate by calling this the Chinese virus. It’s not chinese. It’s a deadly virus and viruses don’t have an ethnicity. Now this poor family is paying the price of ignorance, fear, and hate, these poor children will grow up with PTSD thanks to this.

upon us. One day you'll look back and see purpose in every difficulty. You'll see your hardest days shaped you into all God intended you to become.

cannot see right now. The God we worship is one who, though He may not fix our troubles immediately, knows our sufferings and He has promised that He will wipe away all the tears from our eyes. We can look forward with assurance to the day He pours down His divine compensation

If you are depressed, lonely, despairing, or in pain, I hope you'll keep holding on to your faith in Christ. Your life isn't broken or worthless. Heartache is an intended and purposeful part of our mortal experience. Trust His plan for you. You are being cared for in ways you

I got a new bookshelf over the holiday weekend because I overfilled my other one...you better believe I have a space dedicated to @AlaniNutrition and my other gym necessities (missing my pre-workout b/c I ran out and need to buy more)

@annamagurany @AlaniNutrition @katyhearnFit @HaydnSchneider I bought a whole case (12 pack) from GNC before even trying one...don’t regret that decision one bit!! The flavor lives up to the hype 🙌☺️

PSA: When a girl cries, she’s not crying over what just happened. She’s crying over everything she didn’t cry about for the last few days. What just happened pushed her over the edge & the dam broke. Guys, it’s not about what just happened. Don’t try to fix what just happened.

I’ve known many people who were once completely debilitated by depression and anxiety who now manage it daily and rarely have a major problem. Please don’t give up! We need you with us. This world needs the empathy and lessons you are learning through this darkness and despair.
