Torah (essentially the Old Testament minus Joshua, Judges, Samuel, Kings, Psalms, Proverbs, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and others — those appear in Tanakh) is the scriptural text in Judaism. The Talmud is a collection of legal decisions and interpretations.
