@ViralAssShirts @DailyLoud @grok Man shut up. It is about winning for those that won. It is a HUGE accomplishment to say you won a marathon. Just finishing is a participation trophy. Winning is absolute strength, endurance, mental fortitude, etc. Trying to take away the hard work is ridiculous! SYBAU!

@Keepzjewelz @FlagBlack007 @painandpoetry_ The hell is dis? Looking like breasts that got cut due to Breast cancer. He said, focus on 2 muscles instead of 3+. Like the bench press where you should utilize pecs and triceps only, not incorporating the shoulders, traps or lats, which are more muscles & a result of bad form!

@FlagBlack007 Most folks on here that doesn’t understand are slow lmao. Whatever the masses are doing or saying usually means they’re on the losing side. It’s the same with intelligence, wealth, champions, etc. the smaller percentage are usually the top tier, not the masses. Dude is correct.

@508popi @FlagBlack007 You’re slow. If the weight is distributed to mainly to 2 muscles instead of 3+ you would have more focused growth. For instance, if you focus the tension in your chest during pressing the muscles mainly used would be pecs and triceps. Bad form incorporates adding the shoulders.

@SnkrsStock @Nike @Nikestore it’s been 10 years since Draw launched. I have never hit on a Draw a single time while folks hit 3 or more times. The system is still flawed.
