@mukulkesavan Would be fascinating to hear you and @cricketingview, both of whose views I respect highly, discuss this, as he seems to have a very different take on it.
@SwiggyCares I’ve been a very regular Swiggy user since its early days and a One BLCK member since its inception. I recently noticed a large amount of money had expired without any notification from my Swiggy Money wallet. (1/2)
I would have expected at least a cursory notification of a voucher nearing its expiry date. I request you to reinstate the expired vouchers and review your SOPs about upcoming expirations. This doesn't feel like a fair way of dealing with your most loyal customers. Thanks. (2/2)
@bookmyshow_sup @bookmyshow Sure, and thanks for looking into it, but why not put out a public statement with a clear explanation and timeline for the refund process so that the thousands of people who booked tickets for the tour don’t have to go through the hassle of having to tweet about it?
@bookmyshow We had booked tickets for the Scorpions show in Bengaluru, which got cancelled. There has been no communication from BMS after the initial cancellation message. I see that you’ve been responding to tweets to your account by requesting people to DM you. (1/3)
Why not put out a clear statement about the refund process instead? That would be far more customer friendly and also save your social media team a ton of work as this is not an individual issue but one that affects everyone who bought tickets for the tour. (2/3)
@AmazonHelp Hi. I need to contact support for an issue with Amazon vouchers but the new Customer Service page has made it impossible to do so! Please let me know how I may go about doing this. Thanks.
@b50 By the way, where and how are you watching The Sopranos? I jokingly tell my wife that on my last day on this planet I’d like to watch the Pine Barrens episode! (2/2)
@b50 Absolutely. The Americans is really a show about relationships (as The Sopranos is about the human condition). I think it gets stronger as it grows and shifts focus from the action set-pieces from season 1. (1/2)
