@mattvanswol Hard to believe 6% of the population hid this so well for so long. Seems like the 6% are scapegoats for who actually pulls the strings. Naming them gives us a group to blame, and hate. But that hate distracts from the kind of powerful people needed to keep us all in the dark.

I do appreciate you publicly acknowledging your mistake and where it came from. I won’t pile on as others are at this point, however I will ask a genuine question: If you were so sure of this, and your convictions came from reading someone else’s post on here, could there be other things you hold similarly strong convictions of that are also wrong?
