And it gets better, take it back and the guy starts taking off the stuff that wasn't wanted, smirking all the while, another guy comes over to say sorry, while smirky chap stands smirking and says, "thanks for your order nice meeting you"
@BurgerKingUK what is the point of Solihull branch, no fries or drinks, staff look like they can't be bothered so all in all a sh#t show, all we can hope for is the correct order, WRONG couldn't even burgers correct with no fries or drink,
@Barclays may aswell set up a account with @MetroBank_Help use the app, wait for an hour, phone, then send you to the app, the app chap then shuts down if there is no action, phone back up, follow a different route, Still get sent to the app, and still payments missing
@KFC_UKI waited in drive through for 20 minutes for order number 6013, get to the front have to go in for it, another 20 minutes waiting for it to be made, still waiting as of 1310hrs at Chelmsley Wood, oh and it is here unlike we were informed
@BurgerKingUK when we order from Solihull High Street can you ask them to add the extras we pay for, only a few quid but come on 🤔
@PizzaExpress Solihull table 22,any chance our waitress could put her phone down and serve us thank you x
@TGIFridaysUK resorts world, booked on app, requested outdoors, don't do seating outside, staff lost all the fun, moody, just not the tgi we used to 😭
@Morrisons @Morrisons why you have card only at the Sheldon branch and not using cash 🤔then we told as we have a small trolley we can't use the self checkout even though it's empty, cash is still taken elsewhere or do you want regular customers to use other stores
@PayPal how can this be worth nearly £50.00, it was found in favour of the vender as they sent proof of post, this is not a car tent its tent pegs, please look at it again Case ID PP-D-100015789
@SalvArmyIHQ bit selfish of your driver at Shirley branch to block the car park exit and entrance for so long, we appreciate we all have to get back to work but he was so selfish to block several cars and working vehicles, even refused to let us out by moving forward several feet
@CoventryBS ridulous closing on a Tuesday, all our branches we use Coleshill, Shirley and Solihull doesn't have any notification in branch
@NisaLocally @NisaLocally won't be using nisa, called in for a shop for residential home who are isolating, Brookvale in Erdington, no many people not using masks, or social distancing felt really unsafe, staff didn't even notice
@McDonaldsUK Shirely Mcd's what is the point in taking an order, me triple checking, and getting back to the office and its wrong? Four bags off food and in future we will be holding up the drive through to check each and every item, #alwaysthesame
@Bullring Just dropped off for the station, fancied some chicken went upstairs, and well, whats the point in shutting the restaurants when people are sat on the floor eating and drinking HSE first off and covid???
One of many messages I’ve received recently from those really happy the BBC has a Specialist disinformation reporter! Much lovelier than abuse. Working out on reports about viral vaccine disinformation and conspiracy theories before Christmas - never has this felt so important.
Hang in there, covid wont be around for ever and you can beat the lockdown and stress that covid brings. One of our new services for 2021 is counselling, we fear there will be an increase in mental health coming soon. Be safe and remain positive
@LozzaFox we have had people close to us with covid, relied heavily on the NHS, shame on you for spouting this bullshit, I hope @piersmorgan has something to say to you. I am sure the NHS staff would love to see and hug their families #foxselfish
@Morrisons sat outside Solihull waiting for wife, security are amazing, keeping queue 2m apart, using both doors so people don't clash, must be the cleanest and safest place in Solihull, manager walking about making checks on people staff all doing their bit in these horrid days
@BorisJohnson put us on full lock down, kids are home but out around town. People aren't getting the seriousness of isolating socially.
