@barkervogues You know clearly that your NDC Gov't told a hollow lie about the esla. Check the 2024 audited report on esla on the Min of Fin site. 70% of the esla funds was paid to offset the debt, 20% was used for energy sector infrastructure while 10% for other ancillary projects.
