@GLA_Airport Chaos in the Bird and Signet. 40 minute wait for breakfast. People being instructed to visit bar for refund. Queue for bar massive so people having to leave for flights. Embarrassing. How can I get my refund?

@qatarairways best airline in the world….apart from the fact that Zone 1 boarding calls cause absolute chaos at every airport globally 🤯. Simplify boarding folks. It’s not rocket science.

Will @prioritypasscom, @SSP_Worldwide or @GLA_Airport take responsibility for resolving issues at Bird & Signet? Unlikely. See article. headforpoints.com/2025/05/14/pri…

@GLA_Airport flying in/out of SCO regularly with work for 20 years. For last 3 years have chosen EDI, despite living in Ayrshire, due to demise of GLA. In GLA today where I’m greeted by their farcical new security system. Staff not trained. Machines pulling every 75ml toothpaste!

@GLA_Airport Please do. Logically it makes no sense for me to keep driving Ayrshire to Edinburgh Airport, but you are making it very easy for me to do so. I’m also flying PIK-BCN to connect via BCN in an effort to avoid GLA at the moment. The airport is terrible.

I make that 14 visits at £18 and 11 visits at £15 where Bird and Signet has failed @prioritypasscom - £417 of fails. And that’s just from me. Wow. @GLA_Airport
