A thing of horrors. Woke up at 5am at @WHotels in Goa @MarriottBonvoy with an infestation of flying ants in the 1000s. The below is all I took escaping as they were even in the bed. 5 star luxury not on point. Staff then suggested it was our fault with no apology #fail #marriot

@RandoxOfficial can you confirm if your clinics are open for Xmas? I am doing a test on the 24th at your Westfield site and want to ensure I get my results by the 25th as I am flying on the 26th. Thank you

@MBonvoyAssist Sorry your hotel did not have any options for cancellations. They only had one rate on offer. Additionally direct correspondence with the hotel has only merited a response of ‘we cannot help and good luck’. Which is ridiculous customer service

@MBonvoyAssist I think the issue here is this circumstance is outside your cancellation policies. As I do not see it written anywhere that this includes government restrictions on travel. If the country your hotel is in doesnt allow visitors then how to expect visitors to make their bookings.

@MBonvoyAssist Your hotel never offered us any alternative rates. They only had one rate which is the one we booked.

@MBonvoyAssist The cancellation of this trip is a direct result of Indian government guidelines which is prohibiting me from travelling to Goa (i would be breaking the law if I did fly in a day after arriving Delhi. The reservation policy should be amended to not penalise the customer!
