@qrsupport I got an email from you on 24 May saying you will send me an offer shortly, I've been waiting since and sent 5 emails... but no reply. You are not investing much in Customer Excellent, are you?

@qrsupport Dear team, you've reassured me before, but I haven't received any solution from you since the suitcase was damaged.

@qrsupport, I've been trying to contact you either on chat from the website (not working) or on the Spanish customer support phone ("the number you dialed doesn't exist") for a couple of hours. Could you please get in touch with me? Thanks.

@qrsupport Dear Qatar Airways team, the last email you ([email protected]) sent me was on 24/05/2026, mentioning you will send me an offer shortly. I've sent you guys 5 emails after that and I haven't heard from you. Could you please have the decency to reply to me?

@qrsupport Thanks for your message. I already sent you a couple of DM over the last couple of days. The last one, 3.5 hours ago. No one has replied to them, though.

@qrsupport It's been nearly one month without replies in my DMs and that adds to the nearly 2 years without replying to my emails in an open case. What do I need to do so that you provide professional support and give me a solution?

@qrsupport Thanks for your message. However, will this new DM be of any use, given that you were telling me minutes ago that you had replied to my previous ones (which was not true)?

@qrsupport I'm afraid that's inaccurate at best. The last message I received from you in my DM is from 31 March. No further messages after that, I have kept on messaging you there. I can post It screenshot here if that helps.

@qrsupport No, I'm afraid it hasn't been sent. I haven't received anything from you at least for the past 5 days.

@qrsupport Dear Qatar Airways team: It has been a week and I have still not received a reply via private message regarding either of the two matters on which I need your assistance.
