3 things jump out to me when trying to figure out why Young's game didn't translate 1. If he gets contacted in any way by a pass rusher, he's going down (besides the 1 highlight below against the Texans) and 2. his ability to create has been heavily affected by #1. Creating was a hugeee part of his game at Bama 3. His deep ball is non existent. Everything is in breakers over the middle, and teams figured it out quickly

@AlexRollinsNFL Can #3 be attributed to his lack of weapons on offense and scheme? Or is his arm just that bad
@AlexRollinsNFL He’s small, not very elusive, has a weak arm and isn’t very fast. I don’t remember a single game where he looked like a high end nfl QB.
@AlexRollinsNFL To me, this just sounds like the size concerns were valid 🤷♂️ maybe it’s holding him back and the haters were right I absolutely loved what we saw in college, and I think it’s all still there. Let’s please not call him a bust yet
@AlexRollinsNFL I also think Carolina being 100% the worst team in the nfl also killed him this year and he learned a lot of bad habits
