You know there is no comparison. Pre erythema reaction is natural. Smoking is not natural and the body reacts by becoming ill.

As a dermatologist I understand your stance. However, one has to take a holistic benefits of increasing VitD3 that pre erythema can provide

In Northern Europe we can only synthesise Vit D between May and Sept. We have many cases of acute insufficiency, especially with immigration
