Same as if you were to be charged with illegal possession of a machine gun, or conspiring to possess a machine gun. Gonna be very interesting to see how they justify charging him with that despite him never setting foot here.

@ChonkyBoi562 @SR_Planespotter That's for Grippen, not F5 F5 has never had a radar capable of firing things like AIM-7, which is partly why it's so shit lmao It's radar was entirely to get it to gun or sidewinder range It's closest attempt at BVR combat is pitbulling an AMRAAM as soon as it's off the rail

@JamesHazen91 @sentdefender NASAMs can shoot normal sparrows, as well as basicly any other A2A missile in the NATO inventory. the reason BUK can't fire AIM-7 is probably that it's not containerized already NASAMs was already confirmed as being in Ukraine iirc
