A very interesting detail with the voting boards. "This unvault could change everything." "With this, we can make things right." To me, this says that the visitor is working with the loopers to correct the corruption/mistakes in OG.

This is a great thread, I totally agree with every point said here I was talking with reaper about this, I think it’s very telling of the current state of the story that both me and him coincidentally started work on a “story mode” concept at the same time, we need change.
