PRESS STATEMENT GOV. DAUDA LAWAL SWEARS IN FIVE NEW PERMANENT SECRETARIES, CALLS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH PUBLIC SERVICE RULES Governor Dauda Lawal has urged the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to strictly adhere to the Public Service Rules, financial regulations, and all other relevant laws. On Thursday, the Governor swore in five new Permanent Secretaries into the Zamfara State Civil Service at the Grand Chamber of the Government House in Gusau. The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are Ahmad S. Zamfara, Nasiru Halilu Anka, Mu’azu Jibril Guraguri, Adamu Abdullahi Kanoma, and Sani Muhammad Shinkafi. The Chief Judge of Zamfara State, Justice Kulu Aliyu, administered the oath of office to the appointees, who pledged to remain faithful and bear true allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria in accordance with the Constitution and the law. Speaking at the ceremony, Governor Lawal reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening government institutions and ensuring that the public service has the leadership, competence, and discipline required to achieve the state’s development goals. He said: “I extend my sincere congratulations to the five officers taking this oath today. Your appointments mark a career milestone and reflect confidence in your experience, abilities, and readiness for greater responsibility. “Becoming Permanent Secretaries is more than personal advancement. As senior administrative leaders, your decisions and conduct directly affect government performance and the welfare of the people we serve. “The Permanent Secretary is central to government, providing administrative leadership, institutional continuity, and policy advice while implementing approved programmes. You also maintain discipline, coordinate your establishment, and ensure public resources serve their intended purposes. “Our administration came in with the determination to improve governance, strengthen institutions, and advance a development agenda that would meet the needs and aspirations of the people of Zamfara. “We continue with our reforms to improve public administration and the delivery of essential services, with the civil service serving as the vehicle through which government decisions are translated into results.” The Governor further urged the new appointees to approach their responsibilities with a clear understanding of his administration’s priorities. He added: “Proper planning, realistic implementation strategies, effective supervision, and continuous assessment of results must support policies and programmes. “Maintain constructive, professional relationships with your commissioners and other political officeholders. Political leaders set policy, while career civil servants provide the institutional knowledge, technical advice, and administrative capacity to implement it. “These roles complement each other, and the effectiveness of government depends on mutual respect.” SULAIMAN BALA IDRIS Spokesperson for the Zamfara Governor October 22, 2026

Absolutely unbelievable!😳 Where did all the fat go???

Christian vs Muslim: “Who is God?” “Who is Jesus?” Very interesting conversation. Watch to the end.

Gaskia wasu malaman addini Jahilai ne.

Boko Haram are not Muslims. Fulani band!ts are not Muslims. They are all Kafirs. I can swear on my life that they don’t pray, fast, purify themselves, or even know the Quran and Hadiths. They are illiterates who were programmed to hate humanity and disguise as Muslims. May Allah destroy them and their sponsors.

Ni dai nace TUWO kaifa kefa???

May whoever has hands in this insecurity in Nigeria never know peace!

Bless us with your Friday pictures🤩 TGiF❤️

We used to spend little and earn more in farming. Now we spend more and earn little. Farming is becoming more like a gamble than an actual business. 🥲👨‍🌾

Is this movie really worth the hype?? Like 20 people have recommended it to me. Okayy.. I’ll come back to testify.

How to win Dunya; - Pray your salat on time - Ayatul Kursi after prayer - Recite the Quran everyday - Prioritise FAJR - Gym 4/5 times a week - Eat healthy food - Respect your parents - Forgive others - Morning/evening Adkhar - Salawat on the Prophet Peace and blessings be with Him.

There’s no way Nigerian politicians will make heaven without at least spending thousand of years in Hell.

Let’s see your 1 year analytics😁 140.7m🙂‍↔️
