@TheWalkerWalks U can actually order fibromyalgia cookbooks. Some of them explain what 2 eat & why, & what not 2 eat & why. Super helpful
@TheWalkerWalks caffeine is HORRIBLE for FMS and RLS. I know it's tough to get off of it but once you do you will be amazed at how you feel!

@Bitchaville they aren't actual cook books, they are just a "recipe" on how to deal with fibro
@Bitchaville they r great & there r several. Make sure it has recipes in it because there r some books with the word recipe in the title but
@Bitchaville definitely massage & then get a fibromyalgia cookbook. There r lots of things that I cut out of my diet that made me better!

@wandafay54 It's my regimen, but I do not feel pain every morning. I do it because I know it works 4 me, & I'm sure u know, when we find
not sound like much, but why not try it? It can't hurt. Stick 2 the FMS diet or it won't work. My earlier posts tell what I do & don't eat.
I NEVER drink coffee, it only make FMS worse. I do however have ONE, & I stress ONE, cup of hot tea while I get ready. I know it may
that prepares me so that I can: 7th walk my dogs 4 about 15min. By then I'm feeling fine to: 8th get in the shower & get ready 4 the day! :)
me up (u know what music does that 4 u) 6th I get back out of bed & (don't laugh) I actually dance a little getting my heart rate going and
