Here is why this analysis fails. First, I find it strange that all this comes up three years later, but a month before the election. Second, even if you attribute this degree of evil to Bibi, Mossad, Shin Bet, and Military Intelligence would all have to have missed it or joined in a cover-up. No leaks. No whistleblowers. Just not plausible.
