Great morning run, the weather was a nice crisp cool 57 degrees. The best part was getting Aimee through a 5 mile steep hilly run and having her negative spilt the run. I love to see clients progress, because they have been steady, smart and realistic thier current fitness level.

What we do, week after week never gets old, exploring Puget Sound Region. We ran CCC Road Trail point to point, 7.5 and 11.25 miles. Had the entire trail to ourselves, saw two major washout, that were new since 2017. No wild life, but Laura dodge a falling tree and got some bumps
