Not going to win with folk who already have "useless eater" beliefs. But pointing out the increases in PIP applications are due to current govt policies (raising pension age, legacy benefit transfers, threat of no UC without PIP) might counter the lies enough to change votes
Heres my tuppence on benefit vouchers. In the article i read its suggested therapy, respite and social care package vouchers. Therapy: unless its private good luck with that Care packages: with the huge shortage of carers good luck with that. Respite: well thats non existent. 🤷♀️

Not going to win with folk who already have "useless eater" beliefs. But pointing out the increases in PIP applications are due to current govt policies (raising pension age, legacy benefit transfers, threat of no UC without PIP) might counter the lies enough to change votes
Heres my tuppence on benefit vouchers. In the article i read its suggested therapy, respite and social care package vouchers. Therapy: unless its private good luck with that Care packages: with the huge shortage of carers good luck with that. Respite: well thats non existent. 🤷♀️

Governments seem to think that #UnpaidCarers stop providing care when their loved ones are in the hospital. If only, many end up feeling even more exhausted from all of the added running around, worry and stress.
How could a Nation ignore the suffering & cruelty covid policies (Hancock et al) created? My mother a victim of weeks of suffering & neglect. And I was screamed at by a Nurse for daring to ask how my mother was coping with the isolation, cldnt read, no tv or radio, no family!!!

It was a great pleasure to talk to @TheSpurrShow on @LBC this morning. I tried to explain what personal independence payment is, and how disabled citizens need help to function at maximum so that they can for example go to work - but it is not a work benefit. Enjoyed +++.
