@DreyfusJames @AmazonUK Recently had £300 worth of products refunded and replaced because the delivery person seems intent on leaving my orders FUCKING ANYWHERE except where ive asked them to, which is easy to both find and access. Left one parcel on my back tyre!

Would @AmazonUK please explain why we are receiving messages direct from delivery drivers asking us to ensure dogs and other animals are not in gardens etc. Could it be because these are foreign and can hardly speak English. The new map is a good idea but not if no delivery.

@AmazonUK I have a pending credit card transaction pop up & it is nothing to do with me. This card isn't on my Amazon A/C & the order amount is not in my transaction list. I've blocked my card & will dispute the charge, as fraudulent.

@AmazonUK has the most unprofessional customer service team. I have been waiting for a refund for someone I was told to dispose of nearly 5 weeks ago. Every time I have chased, I have been told to return the item. An item I don’t have due to the advise I was given. See thread:

When @AmazonUK way of solving a system issue is to ignore the fact you say "it's for my SISTER Kathryn" and send it to her dead husband instead. Then refuse to use the name that you've said and send it to him regardless of the fact you say "he's dead!"
