Taking time to just breath lately. How can it feel like time is moving so fast and slow at the same time? Planning a wedding in 2020 has been hard, but I feel so lucky to have someone who will talk me down or just… instagram.com/p/CEPxXDjBoVs/…

@caliberhomeloan That’s very nice can your CEO @SanjivDasCHL be that generous and start deferring mortgage payments?

@SanjivDasCHL @DianaOlick Your customers are not demanding forbearance, we’re demanding deferrals. It’s very obvious that forbearance isn’t helpful. So you obviously don’t care about your company or customers. You will be effected by this. You’re a bellend and your employees will pay for your selfishness

@caliberhomeloan @realDonaldTrump If this company was committed to keeping families in their homes they would be deferring mortgage payments like every other lender. Also, they can’t hide behind automated responses forever. the company will be affected by this decision CEO @SanjivDasCHL has made.

@caliberhomeloan sent out a reassuring email this past week, and this week when I lost my job and called for help I was told that caliber home loans will not be deferring loans for any reason @realDonaldTrump

@tcoz86 @AnthonyWHop @SanjivDasCHL @MarketWatch They’re not going to defer , they are only suspending and after three months you will owe it back in full, then when you can’t pay they will offer you a sketchy update to your mortgage to fuck you over a second time.

@caliberhomeloan We opened a loan with this company 4 months ago and already regret it. They were referred to us by our broker who is great, and since having heard this news, will not be recommending them to any of his customers in the future.

@caliberhomeloan We spent over two hours on hold to find out there will be no deferring of mortgage for any reason (even a national crisis.) Once this is over we will be refinancing and will never recommend this lender to anyone.
