Json in prompts isint as good as markdown prompting. Why? Because extra work needs to be done to parse JSON. And that work is not for free. Don't use JSON use markdown.

How NOT to prompt engineer. You're likely not writing a giant system prompt for a large model. So DONT do it this way. Look up the Stanford DSPy paper instead.
