There’s people held in detention for years who have yet to even be charged with a crime. But Donald Trump—who has been charged with 91 felonies—is already released. This country provides you with as much freedom from justice as you can afford.
Correction: If you haven’t been charged, you can only be held for up to 72 hours (varies from state to state). But they don’t have to CONVICT you of a crime to hold you for years if you can’t afford bail. This is why democrats support bail reform and republicans do not.
@AmoneyResists Trump being targeted and indicted is a Biden campaign strategy. Make no mistake about this, the persecution of Trump in a two-tier justice system is solely because the Democratic Party knows that in a fair election, Trump will destroy Biden in a landslide.
@AmoneyResists Those are from 4 separate indictments sir. Everyone in America is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law as well.
@AmoneyResists Really, then explain the Marxist political holding of prisoners. get a reality checked
@AmoneyResists If someone is being held in detention in the US without charges then they have a really bad lawyer or a really corrupt judge.
@AmoneyResists Good point. I wonder why they waited untill now to charge trump in the J6 case when all thr others involved have been charged and/or sentenced for years.
@AmoneyResists He has complied with everything the court has ordered, so who is really to blame? It was not Trump who set the conditions for pretrial release.
