the most expensive feature you'll ever build is the one a single client demanded that no other user will ever touch.
hire people who take ownership. the best team members don't wait to be told what to do; they see a gap and fill it.

early sales aren't about closing deals; they're about listening to why people are hesitant to buy. that feedback is pure gold.
@nikhilx22 europe has the talent and research, but the us and china have been much better at turning that research into massive companies, capital, compute, and products. talent alone doesn’t build an ai ecosystem.
