@Teresabr549 @ChristinaB220 @JoAnn_Stores I’m in the same state as the corporate office. I was just over by their corporate office last Friday. I should have just stopped by apparently.

@ChristinaB220 @JoAnn_Stores Don’t use Twitter , so not exactly sure how to DM. So likely another dead end. Will continue to send emails to any email address I find on internet. And to any and all social media avenues till get a result.

@JoAnn_Stores Don’t use Twitter so don’t know how to DM. Email exist for such things not social media. I’ve tried to respond don’t know if worked.

@JoAnn_Stores send someone from IT into the office to unlock the Email server. It’s backed up with emails from people waiting for their orders. I could have driven to the factory and made what I ordered in the 3 weeks since ordering.

I don’t even know how to work this platform. Just trying to get a human response about an order.

@IceAsphodel @JoAnn_Stores I ordered one 4/25 and don’t even know if Jo-Ann is still in business. I email and get no response. And I’m emailing every listing I find.
