It is Letter to an Elder Day, the perfect time to write a note to your aging loved one, friend or family member to let them know how much you care. Seniors experience loneliness more often than any other population, and one letter could make a world of difference.
February is American Heart Month, and it is important to understand the key components of heart health. Exercise, diet, quitting smoking, managing stress and keeping up with doctor's appointments are all ways to keep your ticker healthy as you age.
