Wow it's been multiple weeks dealing with @Sunrun about a roof leak, currently sitting with a bucket in my dining room while they make a decision. Also, their "damage" team sucks in communication. The process a customer has to go through to get ahold of anyone is frusterating😡

I will no longer be shopping @ any @myfamilydollar stores. 2 days ago in the small town of #Escalon, ca a young cashier was shot in an armed robbery. The cashier needed emergency surgery and the @myfamilydollar has never contacted the family for f/u or support. How disgraceful.
