@Vee_Mk @LuckyMtshweni5 @zando_co_za Same here! Not fun to use the app, website or mobile site. Really don't know why they haven't listened to so many people who have complained.

@OneCartZA why is it so difficult to get someone to assist me? My order is late and I want to know when it will arrive - 734230. I have emailed multiple times and no one answers your phone. You guys have poor customer service.

@zando_service Been waiting for a refund on my order since it was 'received' by you on 18 Feb. Why is it taking so long? It's frustrating to make a customer wait so long for their money! I used to love Zando but now doubt I'll order from you again if this is how you handle things

@zando_service and not even some kind of communication to let your customer know that there's a delay. You REALLY need to jack up your customer service! And while you're at it, pleeeease go back to your old Web and app design!

@Andrea_Naicker @zando_co_za It's so annoying when people fix things that aren't broken! Very disappointed with Zando too.

@UberEats how do you accept an order, say the driver is picking it up, all the while the name of the driver keeps changing along with the delivery time!? And then, an hour later, the order is CANCELLED!??? Seriously, what the hell?
